Surrounded by nature, Villetta Fior di Sole guarantees a unique experience marked by premium relax and wellbeing, only a few steps from Lake Garda. And this was exactly our ultimate goal: to renovate an old house to make a new vacation home made to measure to meet our customer’s needs.

From an old crumbling house to a modern vacation home designed to guarantee maximum comfort and minimum costs.
The building is a three-room apartment with a surface of 80,7 sqm on one floor, it has a separate entrance leading to a beautiful gazebo and an exclusive garden. The apartment inside is composed of a large living room with a comfy sofa bed and equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms equipped with all comforts (toilet, bidet, sink, shower, etc.).
Villetta Fior di Sole is the result of a thorough renovation carried out after a detailed evaluation of our customer’s needs: as usual, we started from a customized consultancy to design the project with no mistakes from the very beginning, just the way our client wanted it to be, thereby avoiding any unexpected issue during subsequent steps.
