A residence overlooking Lake Garda: “I Limoni del Rustichel” project
Our goal was to design a residence on Lake Garda in RTA, located in Toscolano Maderno (Brescia), that would meet both the property’s needs and the constraints of the available space.
And it wasn’t easy!
The project presented numerous challenges, including limited surface area, the need to respect property lines, and the owner’s requirement to create a minimum number of units to ensure the investment’s financial viability.
Despite these difficulties, we managed to find a creative solution: we designed a spacious underground garage to serve the residential units. Additionally, we decided on a configuration of five ground-floor units, each with its own garden, and six first-floor units, each offering balconies and stunning lake views.
In short, we nailed it! And how did we achieve this?

“I Limoni del Rustichel” residence is the perfect example of how we integrate architecture with the environment while meeting the specific needs of each project. The exterior finishes of this residence overlooking Lake Garda were carefully designed to blend seamlessly with the surrounding neighborhood, with particular attention given to preserving the lake view from the road above the building.
Inside,our aim was to create refined and inviting spaces, featuring Mediterranean-style ceramic flooring that evokes the charm of the Amalfi Coast. The walls were painted with hues that complement the flooring and subtle ceiling decorations, adding a touch of elegance and originality to the interiors.
The final result was truly satisfying, thanks in part to our focus on crafting a captivating outdoor space: the inclusion of local plant species, such as olive trees and lemons, completed this unique project.Our work allowed the property to make a sustainable investment while creating a place of great aesthetic value, where every guest can enjoy moments of relaxation and tranquillity, surrounded by the beauty of Lake Garda. We are proud to have contributed to the creation of this architectural gem, a project that reflects our passion and dedication to the art of design.
